Dylan and Albert join Blazed Weekly News this week to discuss their one year anniversary at ATX dispensary!

Albert opened the store to heal and help his fellow Texans, after a car wreck 7 years ago…Albertf found relief from pharmaceutical drugs and heavy med. Once he tried CBD and cannabinoids his symptoms improved and found peace.

Like so many others that benefit from Cannabis they enjoy offering it to us their community and elderly and their veterans to help heal the body mind and soul. Russell also reads from some legislative news and talks about political change here in the Lone Star State.

Upcoming lawsuit from this week's plaintiff and attorney introduced both Austin Hubbard of the Texas Hemp Constitutional Alliance and his legal Council Roger Borgelt.

The case argues the constitutional merit and the authority of DSHS and its rule making powers. The upcoming lawsuit argues that the state agency cannot make laws or change HB 1325 the case is coming up in the few weeks and may have Major Impact since this is about Texas constitutional law and the authority given to its agencies.

This is a great show if you're a retailer or industry manufacturer or producer or concerned consumer of the Texas amp industry.
